IMAGINE OAKLAND: Pop-up Maker Spaces

For two years in a row Gyroscope participated in the East Bay Mini Maker Faire (2013 and 2014) with interactive place-based art installations called "Imagine Oakland." This was a collaborative team project at Gyroscope, lead by Tim Phillips and Louise Mackie.

We created a giant loom where visitors could weave in their dreams for Oakland.
2014
IMAGINE OAKLAND: Light
Visitors could draw on the walls and transform the space using a projector.
